Features and Benefits:
- Atlas 12ASL/12AWFSL Scissor Alignment Lift Front Extensions
- 1 set of runway extenstions
- Adds 24" Runway Length to Lift
The extension kit is designed to add a two foot (24â€) extension to the runway lengths of the Atlas® 12ASL and 12AWFSL alignment scissor lifts. The Atlas® 12ASL and 12AWFSL can accommodate vehicles with a 172†(14 4â€) wheelbase, and with the addition of the extensions, the Atlas® 12ASL and 12AWFSL can accommodate vehicles with a 196†(16 4â€) wheelbase.
The Atlas® 12ASL/12AWFSL front extension kit is designed and engineered to “bolt on†to the front of the runways of the Atlas® 12ASL and 12AWFSL alignment scissor lifts.
NOTE: Installing the Atlas® 12ASL/12AWFSL Runway Extensions may require a 1/2 inch electric drill and a 21/32 inch drill bit to drill additional mounting holes. The customer (or lift installer) is responsible for the installation of these extensions. Installation time is about one hour. An installation guide is available upon request.
Please be aware that the optional rolling jacks WILL NOT roll past the front of the original runways. If you need to lift the FRONT of the vehicle, make sure that the FRONT lift points of the vehicle will be positioned BEHIND the front of the original runways. (Backing the vehicle onto the lift will eliminate this from being an obstacle for the front rolling jack-but will now affect the “rear†rolling jack)
